Presentation
I have no idea what I am going to do for my presentation but I am leaning towards technology to help me present it, I just don't know how I am going to do it. My project # 5 is a lesson plan for a high school English class to write a career research paper. I just don't think there is much to present on that that is interesting.

How about presenting the lesson, as if our class were a real high-school English class?
Then you could explain your reasoning for your project either before, to introduce what you'll be doing in your presentation, or afterwards.
