Self Evaluation

I feel as though my paper is off to a good start, i feel like i need to intergrate my sources better, in to my paper and expand and make my draft a little. I had a hard time finding really good research materials because there is not much information on my career field yet. it is a newer type of discourse community. I am looking for some comments from people to make it better and how i could go deeper my discourse community better. I tried to give the rough draft as much effort as i could but i know there is a lot that can be fixed and made better.
